Refunds are only available if the service has not commenced within 24 hours of the order. Exceptions may be made in special circumstances.
We will train a skill how we see fit, unless a certain training method has been agreed on.
Customers are responsible for providing all the resources required to facilitate the requested service.
While we have never had a worker mistreat an account (our Trustpilot testifies to this), we are not liable for any lost wealth. We have many internal processes to promote good use.
We do not take any responsibility for actions taken by Jagex against your account. As mentioned in our FAQ, we have never seen an account-services related ban. Our Trustpilot would, surely, highlight such issues.
We reserve the right to involve our trusted counterparts to assist with your order.
We are not responsible for any unwanted experience gain or the loss of HCIM status. It’s, of course, in our interest however, to keep the account as the customer would like. Our Trustpilot, again, would highlight any poor practices.
