1. Terms
- All orders start within 24 hours of ordering, normally less but please do not panic unless more than 24 hours have lapsed since the time of your original order!Â
- We no longer issue refunds for orders >$50, they will instead be returned in site credit, please see our refund policy for further refund information.
*You agree that 07services and its affiliates/employees/ownership are not liable for any account bans for any reason including but not limited to:
(Macroing major, Macroing minor, Real world trading, Bug Abuse, Fraud, Autoclicking, Account sharing, or any other Runescape ban reason)
*NOTE: WE DO NOT BOT/AUTOCLICK! Bans ARE EXTREMELY RARE for account sharing that may result in a flag/lock/ban. We are not liable for this.Â
- If your bank value is >250M you give us express permission to change your bank pin to protect your account.
- You agree to follow all terms and conditions issued by Stripe our payment handler and hereby agree to work with us should any issues arise. We work hard to make sure we satisfy Stripe to ensure a good relationship, all we ask for is please be understanding if there is ever an issue!
*You agree not to login your account during services being completed without our express permisson
*You agree that we are not liable in for any wealth left on the account that is lost/stolen/misplaced/vanishes/dc’s/etc; PLEASE REMOVE ALL WEALTH NOT RELATED TO THE SERVICE BEFORE ORDERING. WEALTH LEFT ON ACCOUNTS AFTER ORDERING 07services.com and it’s affiliates and owner will NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR!
* Refund/return policy: All orders may be cancelled before being started but once payment is completed a 30% fee +processing fee will apply even if no work is done, if an order is cancelled during service, you will be charged for the completed portion. A 30%+processing fee service penalty will be applied to any orders cancelled after payment is made. If a payment is made via prepaid card, a 40% fee applies. It DOES NOT MATTER if the order is started or not, the fee WILL be applied in the event of a cancellation.Â
*You agree that by ordering a service from 07services; to be bound and hereby agree to this TOS in it’s entirety and to abide by it.
*All of our work is done by various service teams, 100% of which are fully in-house; customers will be informed if we outsource.
* You agree not to file a chargeback against us in any form.
*Any reversals via any payment processor may result in the termination of your payment processors account/game account.

*Personal data gathered by us while you visit this website may be shared/resold/used for marketing/other purposes at our discretion; by using this site you agree to this.
*You give us the right to release personal information on file should you cause any form of monetary harm to us.
*In the case of a chargeback, a $35 penalty will be assessed even if it is cancelled. * You agree that we have up to 24 business hours from the time an order is placed to start it regardless of the reason. *You agree that we may use any form of method we desire to train/complete your accounts order whether it be skilling/minigames/quests/other.( WE WILL NOT BOT).
*You agree we may use Runelite and Jagex approved clients to preform services and utilize Jagex approved Plugins.
*We are not responsible if you get scammed by an impostor or impostor(s) due to incompetence, by using our site/ordering on it; you agree to this.
*We are not responsible for incorrect quest experience/accidently leveling an account or any ruined builds/pures/mains. We allow our employees up to 10,000 EXP on training orders in the wrong stat or up to 25,000 exp(or 5 quest points) on Questing/Minigame orders(i.e, wrong quest being done) before we take any form of liability, if these are exceeded; we will remake the damaged account at no cost to you up to a total level of 1000 levels.Â
*By using our services; you agree to the same limits and that you will not hold us liable unless these thereholds are exceeded(example: 1 attack being level’d to level 3 would not be something we’d be liable for, but level 1 to 50 we would be; liability damages would be based on fair market values determined by 07services.
Reviews: You agree not to leave damaging reviews of 07services or it’s affiliates in any form through any medium unless we have caused you direct monetary damages that are not outlined in this TOS as being acceptable, leaving negative feedback may result in termination of your ingame account and or fines imposed for damages that are determined by 07services but will not exceed $99.
HCIM/UIM SERVICING TOS
HCIM/UIM servicing is difficult to do and will be far, far more expensive then standard pricing on the site, all HCIM/UIM services must be quoted by chat or via email u can expect to pay between 100-250% more for a UIM or HCIM service compared to the regular pricing(contact for custom quote). HCIM/UIM have special terms as-well; No matter WHAT happens you will ALWAYS be charged 50% of the services price EVEN IF WE DIE AS LONG AS THE SERVICE IS MORE THEN 50% COMPLETE. If the service is NOT more than 50% complete you will be billed the appropriate amount of the completed service as if it was a standard Ironman +25%. You DO get an ironman account out of servicing even if we DIE So you WILL be charged regardless of if we die. ALL other terms of services apply. You MUST also pay the 20% HCIM markup at checkout. All quotes provided do NOT include this 20% markup + payment processing fees. We will not be held responsible in any form for lost items, status, or anything else that may result from death. Please read our insurance policies for information relating to protections from servicing bans
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on 07services.com website for personal, non-commercial viewing only.Â
3. Disclaimer
The materials on 07services website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. 07services makes no promises the material found within this website is accurate or up to date.
4. Limitations
In no event shall 07services or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on 07services.com website.
5.Other Terms
     2) 07services reserve the right to delay or withhold refunds up to 21 business days based on internal and external factors such as time, how busy the business is, acts of God, payment processor timelines, and other factors beyond our control. You agree that by purchasing through 07services or it’s associated companies/brands your refund may be delayed for up to 21 business days with no reasoning provided. If after 21 business days you have not received a refund, please contact support asking for management.
Please note: Refunds are normally processed within 24 business hours – 72 business hours the above is an extreme example in light of coronavirus and other external issues that have caused our management to be displaced and other issues.

3)07services and it’s associates are not responsible for any fees when issuing refunds. These fees are extremely common among payment processors and may range from anywhere from $1-$10 depending on the payment processor used. A small order refund fee of $5.00 USD will be applied to all orders <$25 USD. This is to prevent mass refunding from raising our merchant refund rate and putting our card processing at risk. By purchasing from 07services.com you automatically agree to this provision.
You are liable for any and all taxes associated with your transaction, the consumer agrees by making a purchase through 07services.com that you agree to bare any and all liability for your transaction and it’s associated taxes and fees, you agree as the consumer even if a tax is not listed at the time of purchase that you are responsible for any legally obligated taxes/fees that should of been charged and that 07services.com may bill you in the future for these taxes/fees if it discovers that they should of been charged. 07services.com reserves the right to bill you for these taxes/fees up to (7) years in the future from the date of purchase.

          right to obtain and use all documentation necessary to fight against
          fraudulent chargebacks ( users who receive their purchase but attempt
          a chargeback). We reserve the right to produce this information for
          other third parties such as payment processors, banks,credit card
          carriers, and local authorities if required. 07services is committed
          to serving the RuneScape community. As avid players we are all aware
          how great this community is, and the amazing times it has given us
          over the years. We rely on this honest community to continue to serve
          you.

4) We reserve the right to tweet your account or inform Jagex of your account if you commit fraud against us and you agree to hold us harmless for any damages done. This you expressly agree to by visiting and purchasing through 07services.com or it’s owners. You hereby irrevocably give us the right to do this for a period of 3 years after purchase.

7. Modifications
07services may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using or placing an order with this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. Deadman/Tournament/Group Ironman TOS
In deadman mode you agree not to hold us liable for loss of lifes, stats, names, unlocks, wealth or anything that may have value if we die on your account. We will keep levels of all training/questing done so that you know if we die, the service was properly completed. Death is a regular part of DMM and as such our trainers/questers are not responsible if death occurs. We will attempt to survive/protect your account as good as we can but death may still occur, by ordering DMM services you agree to this. If you order a group Ironman service you agree not to hold us liable for loss of status, wealth, items, names, unlocks or anything else that may harm your standing as a group ironman, we pass all liabilities onto you at the time of you purchasing a group ironman service and by purchasing you agree to this TOS.
